This policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, and the safeguards we apply. It covers this website and the data we receive through the Amazon Selling Partner API.

Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your message, your email address, and any other details you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you.

Website information. This is a static site. We run no user accounts, set no tracking cookies, and nothing on it requires you to submit personal information.

Business and catalog information. We maintain our own product data, including titles, descriptions, attributes, prices, inventory quantities and image links. This is commercial information about our own products, not personal information about individuals.

We are registered with the Amazon Selling Partner API as a private developer. Our integration is built and operated by our own team and is used only for our own seller account. Through it we access:

• Our own product listings, including titles, attributes, prices and inventory quantities
• Product type definitions, used to validate attributes before submission
• Feed processing reports and listing issue reports relating to our own submissions

We do not request, receive, store or process personally identifiable information of Amazon buyers. We have not applied for any restricted PII role, and our integration calls no operation that returns buyer names, addresses, phone numbers or payment details.

We use the information described above to create, update and remove our own product listings, keep prices and available inventory quantities accurate, review processing reports and correct submission errors, and answer enquiries sent to us by email.

We do not use this information for advertising profiling, and we do not sell it.

We do not sell, rent or trade information. We do not share Amazon data with any external party. Amazon data is never sold, shared or transferred to any third party. Information may be disclosed only:

• To service providers acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations, such as hosting and email providers
• Where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a competent authority
• To protect our legal rights, or in connection with a corporate reorganisation

• All API communication runs over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher
• API credentials and AWS access keys are held only as environment variables on operator workstations. They are not written into source files, not written to logs, and not committed to any repository
• AWS credentials follow least privilege and carry only the minimum permission required
• Access to systems holding business data is limited to authorised internal staff
• Workstations use full disk encryption, screen lock, and operating system level authentication
• If we suspect a credential has been exposed, we rotate or revoke it immediately and revoke the affected application authorisation

We keep catalog and submission records only as long as they are needed for listing management and accounting. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry. If we suspect a security incident involving Amazon information, we notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours.

LWA and AWS credentials are issued to named operators and are never shared between accounts. Rotation is immediate on any suspicion of exposure, on an operator leaving, and periodically as a matter of routine. Because credentials are held only as environment variables, rotation is a local action that does not require a code change or a redeploy.

If you have contacted us by email, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information contained in that correspondence. Send your request to the address in section 13 and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no third party analytics. Nothing is stored in your browser by this site.

This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
